This stylish unit is located in the centre of our beautiful Alpine town only a couple of minutes walk to the main street.

Beautifully finished with timber, steel and polished concrete, this 2 bedroom unit is a clean and welcoming space for your getaway.

The beautiful upstairs living space is complete with a wood heater for those Winter nights, a fully equipped kitchen and both a front balcony and rear outdoor deck with a gorgeous leafy outlook.

Downstairs, two large bedrooms and a modern bathroom with separate toilet ensures amenities are ultimately convenient.

Tucked away from the main road with convenient off-street parking, you are literally across the road from the immensely popular Bright Water Park, and only an easy stroll across the bridge from the award winning restaurants, cafes, cellar doors and boutique country shops that make this bustling town one of Victoria's most popular destinations.

  • Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
    You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
    The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

For larger groups, please enquire about Delany by the Park - House, sleeping up to 12 additional guests

Bunk Beds:

Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 with 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
