Welcome to Studio @ Quins Gap Retreat, a barn-style mountain studio overlooking a stunning tea farm. Nestled in a hidden valley between Mount Porepunkah and Apex Hill, this high-country cattleman’s hut offers a rustic retreat with modern comfort, just minutes from Bright.
Crafted with raw timber and corrugated iron, the studio features tall ceilings and an open loft with the main bed, accessed via timber stairs. An additional queen bed sits neatly below, and for extra friends or family, two trundle beds or floor space are available.
Sip a glass of bubbles on the back patio and soak in the breathtaking views of rolling farmland, wild bush trails, and the tea plantation. Whether you’re seeking a romantic getaway, a hangout with friends, or a quiet retreat, this property is a dream come true.

 Pet Policy
Yes—pets are welcome!
Maximum 2 pets per booking
$50 per pet (please advise Bright Escapes in advance)
Pets must not be left unattended at any time and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
Please bring your own pet bedding and blankets
Guests must clean up after their pets to avoid extra cleaning fees. Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings.

While Wi-Fi is provided, availability is dependent on the network provider and cannot be guaranteed. Bright Escapes is not responsible for any service outages.

 Firewood
Firewood is provided from May 1st to September 30th, with an initial allocation for one night. Additional wood can be purchased locally.
There are other heating options at the property.
