Roses on the River – An absolute river frontage cottage

Nestled along the picturesque Ovens River, Roses on the River is just a brief stroll from Bright township through the scenic Canyon Walk. Set within a flourishing rose garden with direct river frontage, this expansive three-bedroom house offers full self-containment, inviting you to unwind, revitalize, and revel in the splendor of Bright and its surroundings.

Moreover, it features wheelchair access and caters to cycling enthusiasts, ensuring an inclusive experience with our natural spring water provided for your refreshment.

With swimming, fishing or river relaxing adjacent to the property, all guests can delight in the absolute river frontage.

Walk through the rose garden to "Farrington's Poplars" that line the scenic Canyon Walk that takes you safely and unhindered into the Bright township to shop or dine.

With a myriad of activities, including golf, canoeing, gold panning, bush walking, snow skiing and boarding and the joys of autumn, winter & spring colours, the Alpine region of Bright and surrounds offers a truly four-season experience. Easy driving distance to enjoy the vistas and National Park of Mt. Buffalo.

Roses on the River provides the comfort of home living for adults and any accompanying children.

A two-night minimum booking is required. 3 nights for long weekends.
The advertised tariff is based on 2 adults using the master bedroom only. If one should require a separate bed an additional tariff of $40/bed/person per night of the booking is payable. All other guests, adult or child, using a bed, rollaway or porta cot, whether at the property or brought by the guest, are charged $40.00/night per bed for the full duration of the confirmed booking.

Any arrangements that would differ to the above needs to be confirmed.

Arrival from 3.00pm. Departure by 10.00am to assist in meeting management schedules.

This place is absolutely perfect with everything you could need. It is such a homely place, and we love the colour scheme. Accommodation Features

Master Bedroom:-
A Queen size bed in a spacious carpeted room with all linen, cosy pillows and blankets, large screen TV, DVD. Ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet - all providing wheelchair access. Mirrored built in robes and sofa.
Second Bedroom:-
A queen and single combined bunk bed and a standalone single bed in a light and restful room. Built in robes, TV, all linen with doonas and blankets. A porta cot is provided at the property.
Third Bedroom:-
A single bed with built in robe, side table and lamp.
Living:-
Spacious open living with combined six seat dining on polished hardwood floors. Split system heating and air conditioning. Wide screen television, DVD/VCR, CD & Ipod player. Stereo speakers for media listening. Small library of videos and children's games. Comfortably furnished with a relaxing lounge and complimentary decor.
Kitchen:-
Fully appointed with electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. All utensils and cooking implements. Coffee plungers, toaster and kettle. Breakfast bar, stools and ample cupboard space.
Laundry:-
Fully automatic washing machine, dryer, iron and board.
Bathroom/Toilet:-
Shower, vanity and separate toilet.

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 with 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.
