Step into the light-filled open plan living area where warm timber tones and large windows invite sunshine and views of the lush garden. A wood fire keeps things cozy in winter, while reverse cycle air conditioning ensures comfort year-round. The front deck overlooks a generous backyard that leads to the Ovens River perfect for morning coffees, sunset drinks, or simply soaking in the serenity.
Ideal for families or small groups, the third bedroom also doubles as a kids’ retreat or second living space with a tri-bunk and sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and outdoor BBQ deck make it easy to stay in and enjoy the peaceful setting.

Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk + Sofa bed (on request at time of booking)
Note: Due to OH&S regulations, top bunks will not be made up on arrival. Linen will be left folded at the end of the bed.
All quality linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels for the river or pool.

Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests per night.
Parking
Carport for one car. Additional parking for multiple cars available.
Pet Policy
Yes—pets are welcome!
Maximum 2 pets per booking
$50 per pet (please advise Bright Escapes in advance)
Pets must not be left unattended at any time and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
Please bring your own pet bedding and blankets
Guests must clean up after their pets to avoid extra cleaning fees. Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings.
Wi-Fi
While Wi-Fi is provided, availability is dependent on the network provider and cannot be guaranteed. Bright Escapes is not responsible for any service outages.

Firewood
Firewood is provided from May 1st to September 30th, with an initial allocation for one night. Additional wood can be purchased locally.
The property also has other heating options.
