Feel uplifted as you walk in to this light and refreshing home in one of Bright's quietest locations.
Set amongst a beautiful big garden, this modern and refreshing home is just a short walk or bike ride to Brights town centre with the Cherry Walk and Ovens River at your back door.
The stylish open plan living area features a wood fire and large TV with DVD player, as well as reverse cycle heating/cooling. From the lounge area, open out onto the patio with outdoor setting and BBQ. The 'cooks kitchen' is fitted out with quality Odern appliances and a huge feature oven/stove that will have you cooking up a family feast in no time!
Your spacious master bedroom over looking the well maintained garden features a king bed, flat screen TV, 3 x built in robes, ensuite with bath and a separate toilet.
In the second bedroom you will find a queen bed with a wooden clothes rack and a wall mounted TV.
The third bedroom has a king single bed with an optional king single trundle tucked underneath and a wooden clothes rack.
Heading through to the open plan Studio you will find a king bed (can be split upon request at time of booking.), a private ensuite with shower and toilet, and a cosy kitchenette with your own dining table. You will also have the option of a fold out king single bed.
The main bathroom consists of an open shower, toilet and single vanity.
The European laundry is equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer and an iron and ironing board.
Outside you will find seating throughout the lovely garden, and a firepit to enjoy in the cooler months with firewood provided for your convenience.
With convenient undercover parking in the single car port there is also for another 3 cars to park behind in the driveway.
WIFI: Whilst we do anticipate WIFI will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WIFI availability is dependent on the network provider.

Amazing house

We shared the Marshmallow Retreat and Studio for five nights with our friends. The house was amazing and so well equipped with everything we needed during our time in Bright. The location is excellent with an easy stroll to town and the bike track right out the back. We would love to return someday and would definitely recommend staying at this great house, thanks for having us!

Our third stay here, this home is very comfortable and welcoming, has everything you need, down to an air fryer! Walking distance to cafes and shops round it off nicely. Gorgeous backyard on the river.

Our party of 8 Had a lovely time at the marshmallow studio and retreat. the house was super clean, kitchen well stocked, and the location (10 min walk to the main town) was perfect. The rooms are very comfy too - we’re looking forward to returning!

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Excellently appointed kitchen and lovely sitting areas for a family of 8 adults. Bedrooms were very quiet, considering we had a 3 month old baby with us. Positioned beautifully by the river, with cafes only a few minutes walk away, this property ticked all the boxes for us. We will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved this property and all the facilities & amenities provided. The owners have thought of everything, from air fryers & garden toys to makeup mirror & scales tucked away in the bathroom! Spacious rooms & easy to use appliances, fantastic, quiet location within a 10 minute stroll to town meant all of us were more than comfortable for our 10 day trip. Looking forward to the next trip, it will definitely be at Marshmallow Retreat.

Beautiful home and garden situated on the Ovens river walk right near town. The home has all the conveniences, a delicious fireplace and an outdoor fire pit. Would love to have stayed longer.
