Thoughtfully designed for comfort and connection, the home features three spacious bedrooms, open plan living, and an expansive undercover entertaining deck that’s made for every season complete with ceiling fans, a gas heater, swing sofa, outdoor lounge suite, and dining area.
Kids will love the large secure yard, complete with soccer and footy goals, and a basketball ring, while parents relax with a glass of wine, unwind by the fire, or soak in the freestanding bath after a day of exploring.

Bedroom 1 – King Bed
Bedroom 2 – Queen Bed
Bedroom 3 – Trilogy Bunk (Double + Single)
Lounge Room – Single fold-out divan (on request at time of booking)

All quality linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels for the river or pool.

Bunk/Tri-bunk Beds:
*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, top bunk bed at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

 Rates & Guests

Base rate includes up to 4 guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests per night.

 Parking

Carport and gravel driveway 3-4 cars. Please do note park on the grass.

 Pet Policy

Yes—pets are welcome!
Maximum 2 pets per booking
$50 per pet (please advise Bright Escapes in advance)
Pets must not be left unattended at any time and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
Please bring your own pet bedding and blankets
Guests must clean up after their pets to avoid extra cleaning fees. Professional dry-cleaning charges will apply for any pet hair found on soft furnishings, soiled carpet or soiled soft furnishings.

 Wi-Fi

While Wi-Fi is provided, availability is dependent on the network provider and cannot be guaranteed. Bright Escapes is not responsible for any service outages.

 House Rules

No parties or events
Respect neighbours and quiet hours

 Firewood

Firewood is provided from May 1st to September 30th, with an initial allocation for one night. Additional wood can be purchased locally.

The property also has other heating options.

Please report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 24 hours of arrival.
