Four very comfortable bedrooms, a large living area, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms means every convenience is provided for. Spend long Summer evenings basking in the glow of good company around the BBQ on the large deck, watch the kids play in the garden with coffee in hand in the mornings, or simply take some time out to watch the beautiful surrounds and escape the pressures of life.
With no limit to activities on your doorstep, spend the days exploring the nearby mountains, cycle the rail trail, ride the world class mountain bike trails or indulge in the culinary delights of the nearby Alpine and King valleys. A double garage equipped with a pool table, table tennis and bar stools ensure the adults will still have peace and quiet on those less clement days, while the stunning private yard is a gardeners delight, with lovingly installed features and a variety of established shrubbery just begging you to watch the seasons run.

Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.
Bunk Beds:
Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed
Cleaning Policy
For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 with 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

Great place - gorgeous location - and perfectly positioned just out of the township of Bright.
