The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a full-sized fridge, oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and essential cookware. A dining table is set for four, making mealtimes easy and enjoyable.
Downstairs, two spacious bedrooms and a modern bathroom provide all the comfort you need, while split system heating and cooling ensures year-round comfort.

All quality linen and bath towels are supplied. Please bring your own towels for the river or pool.

Base rate includes up to 2 guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests per night.

Travelling with more people? Ask us about booking Delany by the Park – House, right next door, which sleeps up to 11 additional guests.
Parking
Driveway parking for two cars. Please do not block the main driveway.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

While Wi-Fi is provided, availability is dependent on the network provider and cannot be guaranteed. Bright Escapes is not responsible for any service outages.

Firewood
Firewood is provided from May 1st to September 30th, with an initial allocation for one night. Additional wood can be purchased locally.
