This impeccably designed, brand new unit provides the latest in trendy inner-city living in the centre of gorgeous Bright.
Beautifully designed in every detail, the central atrium gives a remarkable sense of space, while windows perfectly placed provide plenty of natural light and a green, leafy outlook. The large L-shaped leather lounge takes advantage of a wood heater for those cosy Winter nights, while the large upper deck gives a perfect platform for lazy Summer nights amongst the large, green leafy trees.
Finished with polished concrete floors, steel and timber, Delany by the Park is a clean, modern house you will be delighted to set foot into.
Each of the four large bedrooms are fully equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort. A modern bathroom on each level and a huge well-equipped kitchen completes the package for the ultimate in enjoyable abodes.
Parking:Â Please note that there is designated parking for 2 cars at the house, 1 under the carport, and 1 car behind. Additional parking at the rear of the property, access via Cherry Lane.

WiFi: Whilst we do anticipate WiFi will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WiFi availability is dependent on the network provider.

Bunk Beds:
Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, all top bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed
Cleaning Policy
For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 with 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

Great but also noisy

Hi all, we had a really great time in Bright. The location is fantastic, however we found it challenging too. Mainly due to noise inside the house, and that none of the rooms can be isolated from the main space. I.e. 2 rooms have just fly wire separating them, and the other two have (very stylish) barn doors which are not at all sound proof and let a lot of light through. It would also be good to be able to lock the barn doors from inside. Overall it was nice, but not accurately described.
