One of Brights newest stars, this property is a wonderful place to spend time in Bright. Nestled on the northern slope of Bright, the elevated position gives spectacular views over the town and right down the valley to the spectacular peaks of Mt Bogong.

Designed to make the most of the position and the views, every modern convenience is provided in spacious light-filled style. Enjoy a huge kitchen/living/dining room opening out onto a gorgeous glass-framed balcony, or snuggle in to watch storms roll over the valley from the warmth of the large open living room.

Ideally located only 10 minutes walk from town, Balcony to Bogong is a perfect base for your holiday in Bright.

Luxurious bedrooms provide the ultimate comfort in every corner of the house. With four bedrooms able to sleep multiple friends or all the family, the design is such that every room gives a sense of tucked away solitude.

Property includes WIFI. Secure bike storage with pump and tools.

DOWNSTAIRS:

Bedroom 2: King Bed, panel heater. 2 trundle beds available upon request only.

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed, panel heater.

Bedroom 4: King Bed or Twin singles, Panel heater

King beds in bedrooms 2 & 4 can both be split upon request at time of booking.

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.

MAIN BATHROOM: Shower, vanity, bath, toilet.

WIFI: Whilst we do anticipate WIFI will be available during your stay, it is not guaranteed. WIFI availability is dependent on the network provider.
Bright Escapes will not be held accountable for network errors.

Pricing for this property is based on a 4-person base rate. Additional guest sur-charge per person per night applies.

  • Please note firewood for heating is supplied from the 1st of May until the 30th of September.
    You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
    The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobile 0419 846 586 within 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

    A fantastic experience from booking to departure. Bright Escapes were prompt and professional in every aspect of our booking. The property was amazing. Perfect for our weekend away. The views are to die for and the property is fitted with the latest appliances. Can't wait to come back!

    Great house, suited us really well. Loved the view, very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen very well stocked with utensils/crockery/cutlery etc. Thanks also for your assistance in finding the right property when I initially enquired.

    We love Bright and Balcony to Bogong has become part of that experience. This was our third visit and the house and area are always relaxing and very pleasant. A house with bedrooms to suit "bigger" people like our family are often hard to find. No such problems here! Always great.

    Just superb stay. Views amazing. Balcony on Bogong had everything we needed for our holiday. A beautifully decked out kitchen, huge dining table and comfy couches. Great spaces to relax.
