Luminosa is tastefully decorated to a luxury standard with new, contemporary furniture and quality artwork, giving this home a sleek modern feel.

The spacious lounge room is equipped with a large television, large comfortable couch. The main living space is central to the home and provides a dining setting for 8 and is shared with the open kitchen.

The bathroom contains a vanity and walk in shower plus separate toilet. A European laundry is available for guests to use.

This property is very bike friendly and includes provision of 2 x Kurt Kinetic Trainers, fan, secure bike storage, Park repair stand, bike racks and brushes / soap to wash your bikes.

    Such a perfect house in a perfect location. The house was so lovely, spacious and clean. Was so well stocked right down to the hand wash and shower amenities. We will be staying at this property over again as I cannot recommend it enough.
