Welcome to this charming holiday accommodation!
Step inside and be greeted by a traditional wide hallway boasting high ceilings and original metal ornate features, with bay windows in the loungeroom creating an airy bright space that is sure to relax you.
Venturing further, you’ll find two cosy bedrooms, one bathroom that features a shower over bath, while a delightful casual dining space leads out to the rear verandah, the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of morning coffee and oversee your private rear yard.
The roomy kitchen is fitted with a gas stovetop, electric oven, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare a comforting home cooked meal, whether you’re looking to entertain guests or just whip up something simple for yourself.
After dinner, unwind and take in some entertainment in the comfortable lounge setting for 4, complete with a TV & DVD player. Or relax in the quiet 1800’s style living room with a good book.
Each room includes panel heaters and ceiling fans, while the loungeroom is air-conditioned with split system heating & cooling. For chillier winter nights, extra gas heating is available in the second dining area.
Although there isn’t a separate laundry, there is a washing machine in the kitchen space for your convenience. Outdoors, you’ll find a gorgeous verandah at both the front and back of the home with beautiful gardens to stroll through and bask in the sun. For those who wish to do some outdoor cooking, a BBQ is located on the side verandah off the kitchen.
